The Blueprint for Success:

Hard Work, Persistence, and Passion

Success doesn’t come by chance—it’s built on hard work, persistence, and a burning passion for what you do. As we bid farewell to 2024 and prepare to cross into 2025, the choices you’ve made and the steps you’ve taken during this festive season are laying the foundation for your year ahead. So, what stage have you set for your 2025?

Moments of Joy: Balancing Work and Family

For me, the holiday season was a delicate dance between work and family. I took a brief two-hour break to explore the beautiful city of Francistown with my children, marveling at the flooded rivers—a fitting inspiration for my work in agriculture, where water is life. Then, it was back to the home office, diving into tasks like reviewing over 20 pages of the Farmer's Pride International website, crafting strategic reviews, and developing a comprehensive poverty alleviation strategy.

Strategic Vision: Laying the Groundwork for 2025

Strategic planning dominated my time, with documents spanning over 40 pages each requiring attention. As I finalize these tools, I am proud of the progress made. These plans are more than just words on paper—they are the blueprint for a thriving 2025. On the eve of December 31st, I will present these plans to God as the instruments I intend to use to conquer the new year.

Time is Money: Plan Your Year Wisely

Life truly is what you make it, and time is your most valuable resource. Instead of chasing fleeting pleasures, consider using these moments to plan your year with intention and purpose. Tragic stories of accidents, violence, and loss remind us of the fragility of life, making it all the more important to use our time wisely to build a future we can be proud of.

Adiรณs, 2024: Cheers to New Beginnings

Adiรณs, amigo! See you on the other side of the year. As 2025 dawns, let’s raise a toast to new beginnings, bold dreams, and relentless determination. My name is Elfas Mcloud Zadzagomo Shangwa, aka Hunter.

I’m ready to make 2025 my best year yet. Are you?

Embracing Failure: A Journey Towards Legacy

The Power of Resilience

I'm not afraid of failure. I believe that without it, I wouldn't learn and grow into the person I am today. When I stumble, I rise and try again, and if I fall once more, I persist until I achieve that breakthrough.

A Tough Beginning

Perhaps it’s because I was born and raised in a tough environment, where challenges were part of daily life. I accepted poverty as a reality, but I refuse to let it define my legacy.

A Promise to My Children

I am not determined to leave difficulties for you,I want to leave a different inheritance for my children—one filled with hope, love, and opportunity. Every setback fuels my fire to succeed, and each challenge strengthens my resolve.

Breaking the Cycle

I want my children to know that they can dream big and achieve anything they set their minds to. I will be their guiding light, a living testament that perseverance and hard work can turn dreams into reality. ❤️

Building a Brighter Future

I am committed to breaking the cycle, to being a beacon of strength and resilience. My successes will be their inspiration, and my love will be their foundation. Together, we will build a future where joy and possibility flourish, leaving behind a legacy that celebrates triumph over adversity.

I bow down

Starting A Business: What You Need To Know

Decision: The Leap into the Unknown

Today I'm taking my time off my busy schedule to do a bit of mentorship for those who want to venture into any form of business. Let me open my discussion with by telling you that you don't need money to start a business. I shall reveal at the end of this write up what you need.

Starting a business begins with a bold decision—a leap into the unknown. In 2019, I made that leap when I arrived in Botswana, fueled by a vision that ignited my spirit. I wasn’t seeking a job or shelter; I was searching for the freedom to turn my ideas into reality. This decision marked the beginning of an incredible journey.

Dedication: The Heart of Entrepreneurship

Dedication is the heartbeat of entrepreneurship. I immersed myself in the landscape, connecting with the local community and understanding the nuances of my field. Every day was a lesson, and every challenge was an opportunity to grow. My unwavering commitment to my vision kept me focused and driven.

Determination: The Fuel for Success

Determination is what propels you forward when the road gets tough. There were days when resources were scarce, and the obstacles seemed insurmountable. Yet, I pressed on, fueled by the belief in my mission. It took two years of relentless effort to establish connections and build my network, but each step was a victory in itself.

Resilience: Bouncing Back Stronger

In the world of business, resilience is your armor. As I navigated the complexities of partnerships, I encountered both allies and adversaries. Some relationships flourished, while others became battlegrounds for control. Through it all, I learned to adapt and bounce back, turning setbacks into stepping stones toward success.

Innovation: The Spark of Change

Innovation ignites transformation. With my strengths in mind, I developed the Rural and Urban Agriculture Innovative Production Program (RUAIPP). This groundbreaking initiative blends regenerative agriculture, agroecology, and cutting-edge technology—a true reflection of my passion and creativity. This wasn’t just a program; it was my brainchild, crafted from the heart.

Collaboration: The Power of Teamwork

No journey is undertaken alone. My path was enriched by the arrival of Kevin, my business partner and deputy, followed by Donald, a trusted friend and collaborator. Together, we forged a team united by a common purpose. Our collective strength allowed us to overcome challenges and drive our projects forward, demonstrating the power of collaboration.

Growth: The Fruits of Labor

As I reflect on this journey in November 2024, I am filled with pride at what we have achieved. Our sustainable agricultural systems are blossoming, poised to transform Botswana’s agricultural sector into a powerhouse. We are breathing new life into the agro-processing sector, creating jobs and ensuring food security for our communities.

Inspiration: Lighting the Way for Others

Our story is more than just a personal journey; it’s a beacon of hope and inspiration for others. We aim to empower fellow entrepreneurs to embrace sustainable practices and foster community resilience. Together, we are not merely planting seeds; we are cultivating a movement that will leave a lasting impact on the future of agriculture in Botswana and beyond.

Don't quiet Winners are not quiters.

As I continue this journey, I invite others to join us in this exciting adventure. With belief, dedication, and innovation, we can create a brighter, more sustainable future for all. Let’s dare to dream, take action, and inspire change!

To start a business you need a bankable or value for money Idea.

The Veil of Sanctions On Zimbabwe

It's November and I'm writing from Harare, the political climate was as charged as ever. The ruling party, Zanu PF, had launched a fervent campaign, claiming that the nation’s struggles were primarily due to sanctions imposed by the West, particularly the United States. They painted a vivid picture of foreign oppression, rallying citizens around the idea that these sanctions were a collective punishment aimed at destabilizing Zimbabwe.

But behind the scenes, the truth was more nuanced. The U.S. had indeed lifted many sanctions on individual Zimbabweans, particularly those who had shown commitment to democratic reforms. The decision was a response to pressure from various civil society groups and international observers who believed that genuine progress was being made.

One evening, in a small cafรฉ tucked away in a bustling neighborhood, a group of young activists gathered. Among them was Tinashe, a passionate journalist determined to unveil the layers of misinformation surrounding the sanctions narrative. He listened intently as his friends recounted the experiences of families struggling under the weight of economic hardship, but he knew the government’s narrative was incomplete.

“Zanu PF is using the sanctions as a scapegoat,” Tinashe argued, stirring his cup of coffee. “They want to deflect attention from their own failures and the corruption that’s plagued our institutions.”

His friend, Nyasha, nodded in agreement. “But how do we change the narrative? Many people believe what they hear on the news and from political leaders.”

Tinashe leaned back, pondering the question. “We need to spread the truth. We can use social media, write articles, and engage with the community. People need to see that the sanctions are not a blanket punishment but targeted measures against specific individuals who have committed atrocities.”

As they strategized, a sense of urgency filled the air. They decided to launch a campaign called “Unmasking the Truth,” aiming to educate citizens about the real implications of the sanctions, the reforms taking place, and the need for accountability within their own government.

Days turned into weeks as they worked tirelessly, holding workshops, creating infographics, and sharing stories of individuals who had been positively impacted by the lifting of sanctions. Slowly, they began to see a shift in conversations around town. More people started questioning the government’s narrative, seeking clarity on the complexities of international relations and local governance.

One day, as Tinashe walked through the market, he overheard two vendors discussing the sanctions. “Did you hear? They’re not as harsh as we thought,” one said. “I heard they’ve lifted some for those who want to do good for the country.”

A smile crept across Tinashe’s face. Their efforts were bearing fruit. The community was awakening to the reality that they had power—not just as voters, but as informed citizens capable of driving change.

As the campaign gained momentum, Zanu PF grew increasingly agitated. They began to label Tinashe and his friends as traitors, accusing them of being funded by foreign interests. But every accusation only strengthened their resolve. They knew that the fight for truth was just beginning.

In the months that followed, the dialogue around sanctions shifted. While Zanu PF continued to insist that external forces were to blame for the nation’s woes, more and more citizens began to demand accountability from their leaders. They wanted answers about governance, corruption, and the future of their beloved Zimbabwe.

Tinashe realized that while the path to change was fraught with challenges, hope was a powerful catalyst. By shining a light on the truth, they were not just challenging a narrative, but igniting a movement toward a more transparent and accountable government.

As the sun set over the city, casting a warm glow on the hustle and bustle of everyday life, Tinashe felt a renewed sense of purpose. They were no longer just voices in the dark; they were part of a chorus calling for change, standing firm against the veil of lies that had shrouded their nation for too long.

The Mistake That Our Sisters and Mothers Make in Love

Man are dogs says old and hurt women, some say all man are the same, as if they have tried them all.

1. Over Selective in Partner Preferences

When they are young innocent, beautiful and curious, many women meet what would be their life long hurt, and distraction. In young age, they gossip of dream of finding their "Prince Charming," often overlooking serious, emotionally mature men who might not fit the fantasy but could offer stability and a promising future. This tendency to prioritize superficial traits can lead them to dismiss genuinely appealing partners who possess qualities that could foster a healthy relationship.

2. Misplaced Value on Physical Attractiveness

Some women may believe that their primary worth lies in their beautiful bodies, assuming that intimacy will lead to deeper emotional connections. This mindset can result in superficial relationships that lack the necessary foundation for lasting love.

3. Neglecting Personal Growth and Contributions

In focusing on what they want from a partner, some women may overlook their own personal development and contributions to a relationship. It's important to cultivate qualities and skills that enhance their value in a partnership, fostering a sense of mutual support and respect.

4 Fear of Compromise

A strong desire for the "perfect" partner can lead to an unwillingness to compromise on certain traits or behaviors. This rigidity can limit opportunities for meaningful connections with those who may not meet every single criterion but possess other essential qualities.

5. Underestimating Emotional Compatibility

Women may prioritize material or superficial characteristics while undervaluing emotional compatibility and shared values. A strong emotional connection is crucial for a fulfilling relationship and should be considered alongside physical attraction.

6. Holding Onto Past Experiences

Many women carry baggage from previous relationships, which can skew their perspectives and make them overly cautious in new romantic endeavors. This fear of repeating past mistakes can hinder their ability to engage openly with new partners.

7. Societal Pressures and Expectations

Cultural and societal norms often shape women's expectations in relationships, leading to unrealistic standards based on external pressures. It's essential to recognize and challenge these influences to foster healthier relationship choices.

 8. The World Full of Unmarried Women

As time passes, some women find themselves in a cycle of wasted years spent with players who offer fleeting excitement rather than commitment. When these relationships inevitably end, they may be left with emotional scars, unwanted pregnancies, or chronic heartbreak. This trauma often affects their children, who might repeat the same patterns in their own relationships. The result is a cycle of wounded individuals seeking revenge for their pain, contributing to a world filled with hurt and violence. This cycle perpetuates emotional trauma, reinforcing the need for healing and understanding to break free from these destructive patterns.

9. The physical beauty, handsome and sex

9. If we remove physical attributes like sexiness, handsomeness, and beauty, what do you truly bring to the relationship? Many women may feel disappointed on their wedding night when they realize they are with an unprepared partner—someone who lacks the skills or emotional depth needed for an intimate connection. This realization can lead to a breakdown in the relationship. We often spend years preparing for a one-day wedding, yet very little attention is given to nurturing the skills and emotional intelligence needed for the many years we will live together. This underscores the importance of being equipped for both the emotional and physical aspects of love.

Boys should be taught all bedroom skills if we are to put permanent solution to this challenge that the world ignores .

Lessons to Prevent Mistakes and Abuse for the Girl Child

1. Value Self-Worth:

Parents and guardians, teach young girls to recognize and cultivate their intrinsic value beyond physical appearance. Building self-esteem through education, hobbies, and personal achievements can foster a healthier self-image.

2. Encourage Emotional Intelligence:

Promote understanding of emotions and healthy communication. Girls should learn to express their feelings and recognize the importance of emotional compatibility in relationships.

3. Educate About Healthy Relationships:

Provide education on what constitutes a healthy relationship, including mutual respect, trust, and compromise. Discuss the red flags of toxic relationships and the importance of setting boundaries.

4. Foster Critical Thinking:

Encourage girls to think critically about societal standards and media portrayals of relationships. This can empower them to make informed choices rather than succumbing to peer pressure or unrealistic expectations.

5. Promote Financial Independence:

Educate young girls about financial literacy and independence. Understanding money management and career opportunities can empower them to make choices based on personal goals rather than financial dependency on a partner.

6. Teach Consent and Boundaries:

Instill a strong understanding of consent and personal boundaries. Girls should learn that their bodies and emotions are theirs to control, and they have the right to say no to unwanted advances or pressures.

7. Encourage Open Communication with Trusted Adults:

Foster an environment where girls feel comfortable discussing their feelings, experiences, and concerns with trusted adults. This support system can provide guidance and help them navigate challenging situations.

8. Discuss the Consequences of Risky Behavior:

Educate about the potential consequences of engaging with players or entering unstable relationships. This includes discussions about emotional trauma, unintended pregnancies, sexually transmitted infections, and the long-term impact of these choices.

9. Promote Resilience and Coping Skills:

Teach coping strategies for dealing with rejection and heartbreak. Resilience can help girls recover from emotional setbacks and prevent them from repeating negative patterns.

10. Highlight Positive Role Models:

Introduce young girls to positive role models who exemplify healthy relationships and personal success. These figures can inspire them to pursue their goals and make empowered choices in their own lives.

11. Encourage Pursuit of Education and Career Goals:

Empower girls to prioritize their education and career aspirations. A strong educational foundation can open doors and provide them with options that enhance their independence and self-sufficiency.

12. Discuss the Importance of Time:

Help girls understand that finding a partner is not a race. Emphasize the value of taking time to grow personally and to seek relationships that are meaningful and fulfilling rather than rushing into superficial connections.

13. Create Supportive Communities:

Encourage participation in supportive groups such as girl child movements or activities where girls can build friendships and engage in healthy social interactions. A sense of community can provide emotional support and reduce the likelihood of seeking validation from unhealthy relationships.

By imparting these lessons, we can help break the cycle of mistakes and emotional trauma that can affect future generations. Instilling a sense of self-worth, understanding of healthy relationships, and the importance of personal growth will empower young girls to make informed choices, ultimately leading to healthier, more fulfilling lives.

Of Faulse Friends And Business Partners

Proverbs 27:6 (ESV): “Faithful are the wounds of a friend; profuse are the kisses of an enemy.”

The Journey of Trust and Betrayal

In life, we often encounter individuals who seem to share our goals and aspirations. They run alongside us, giving the impression of camaraderie and support. However, it's crucial to recognize that not everyone who joins us on our journey has our best interests at heart.

Hidden Agendas and Ulterior Motives

Some people join you to learn how you run, so they can plan your downfall and take over. These individuals may appear friendly and supportive, but their true intentions are far from genuine. They observe our every move, not to cheer us on, but to find weaknesses they can exploit. Their goal is not to see us succeed but to orchestrate our downfall and seize the opportunities we have worked so hard to create.

False Friendships and Deceptive Allies

Similarly, not everyone who follows is a friend; some befriend you to get secrets to your success so they can destroy you. They may seem interested in our well-being and progress, but their ultimate aim is to gather information that they can use to undermine us. These false friends are often the most dangerous, as they operate under the guise of loyalty and trust.

Staying Vigilant and Discerning

It's essential to remain vigilant and discerning in our relationships. While it's important to build connections and foster collaboration, we must also be aware of the potential for deceit and betrayal. By staying true to our values and maintaining a keen awareness of the intentions of those around us, we can protect ourselves from those who seek to bring us down.

Genuine Support vs. Hidden Threats

True friends and allies will stand by us through thick and thin, supporting our endeavors and celebrating our successes. They will not seek to harm us or take advantage of our trust. Identifying genuine support requires time, observation, and sometimes, difficult conversations. It’s crucial to differentiate between those who truly wish us well and those who are merely pretending.

Lessons from Betrayal

Despite the pain and disappointment that comes with betrayal, there are valuable lessons to be learned. These experiences teach us resilience and the importance of self-reliance. They also remind us to be cautious but not cynical, as genuine connections still exist.

 The Power of True Allies

By surrounding ourselves with genuine, supportive individuals, we can continue to thrive and achieve our goals, undeterred by those who wish us harm. The support of true allies is invaluable—they provide strength, encouragement, and a sense of belonging.

Building a Strong Support Network

Investing in a strong support network is vital. Seek out individuals who share your values and vision, and who are committed to mutual growth and success. This network will be your anchor during challenging times and a celebratory force during successes.

Lesson Learned

The journey of encountering false friends teaches us to be discerning and protective of our dreams. Not everyone who joins us on our path has our best interests at heart, but by staying true to our values and carefully choosing our companions, we can safeguard our goals and continue to grow. Always remember, the presence of a few false friends cannot overshadow the value of true allies.

Proverbs 18:24 (ESV):

“A man of many companions may come to ruin, but there is a friend who sticks closer than a brother.”

The institution that will one day be born out of me is a reflection of my dedication, vision, and unwavering commitment to excellence. It will stand as a testament to the power of individual efforts in shaping collective success.

Important lessons for Dictators:

The end of Josรฉ Eduardo dos Santos' rule in Angola offers several important lessons for dictators:

1. Corruption and Mismanagement: Dos Santos' regime was marred by high levels of corruption and economic mismanagement, particularly in the oil sector¹². This led to widespread discontent and a tarnished legacy. Dictators should understand that corruption and mismanagement can undermine their authority and lead to long-term instability.

2. Human Rights Violations: His administration was also known for human rights abuses and suppression of political dissent¹. Such actions can provoke domestic and international condemnation, eroding a regime's legitimacy and support.

3. Economic Dependency: Angola's heavy reliance on oil revenues made its economy vulnerable to fluctuations in oil prices³. Diversifying the economy is crucial for sustainable development and stability.

4. Transition of Power: Dos Santos eventually handed over power in 2017, but his successor, Joรฃo Lourenรงo, initiated reforms that targeted the Dos Santos family's influence¹. This shows that even long-standing regimes can face significant changes once power is transferred.

5. Legacy and Reputation: Despite being credited with ending Angola's civil war, Dos Santos' legacy is overshadowed by his administration's failures¹. Dictators should consider how their actions will be remembered and the impact on their country's future.

These lessons highlight the importance of good governance, respect for human rights, economic diversification, and planning for a stable transition of power. To all dictators in Africa, remember power is temporary.

Empowering Today’s Woman it Entrepreneur Through Faith and Obedience

Empowering Today’s Woman it Entrepreneur Through Faith and Obedience

My teaching at a women's conference hosted by: Devine Assembly International Church.

Introduction: Ladies, today we draw inspiration from the story of Elijah and the widow with little oil, found in 1 Kings 17:8-16. This powerful narrative teaches us about faith, obedience, and divine provision, which are essential qualities for any woman aspiring to succeed in business.

Faith and Trust: Just as the widow trusted Elijah’s promise that her resources would not run out, we must have faith in our vision and trust in God’s guidance. Believing in our business plans and having faith in our strategies can help us navigate through tough times. Trust in your vision and the process is essential. Building trust with stakeholders, employees, and customers is crucial for long-term success.

Resourcefulness and Innovation: The widow’s limited resources were multiplied through her obedience and faith. In business, we must be resourceful and innovative, finding creative solutions to maximize what we have and overcome challenges. Even with limited resources, strategic thinking and innovation can lead to significant outcomes.

Provision and Sustainability: God’s promise to the widow ensured her resources lasted throughout the drought. Similarly, sustainable practices and long-term planning are vital for business success. Ensuring that resources are managed wisely and planning for the future can help our businesses endure and thrive. This includes both short-term projects that provide immediate returns and long-term projects that ensure sustained growth and stability.

Collaboration and Support: Elijah’s intervention provided crucial support to the widow. In business, fostering collaborative relationships and building a network of support can lead to mutual success and enhance our resilience and growth. The church community can play a vital role in supporting each other, sharing resources, and working together towards common goals.

Adaptability and Resilience: Both Elijah and the widow had to adapt to their circumstances. As entrepreneurs, being flexible and resilient in the face of challenges is key to surviving and thriving in a dynamic market. Adaptability allows us to pivot and adjust strategies in response to changing conditions.

Focus on Agriculture: Given our context in Botswana, agriculture is a critical sector with immense potential. By focusing on potato production, we can leverage our resources effectively. With an investment of P57,000 to P70,000, we can expect returns of BWP 270,000 to 290,000. This venture not only promises financial returns but also contributes to food security and sustainable agricultural practices.

Short-Term Projects:

  • Pilot Potato Farming Project: Start with a small-scale potato farming project to test the viability and gather data.
  • Training and Workshops: Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate women on best practices in potato farming and business management.
  • Market Research: Perform market research to identify potential buyers and establish supply chains.

Long-Term Projects:

  • Expansion of Potato Farming: Scale up the potato farming project based on the success of the pilot phase.
  • Value Addition: Explore opportunities for value addition, such as processing potatoes into chips or other products.
  • Sustainable Practices: Implement sustainable farming practices to ensure long-term productivity and environmental conservation.
  • Community Support Programs: Develop programs to support other women entrepreneurs in agriculture, fostering a collaborative and supportive community.

Clustering and Working Together: The Bible provides us with powerful examples of the importance of working together. Consider the termites, which work in clusters to build their colonies. Each termite has a role, and together they create complex structures that would be impossible to achieve alone. Similarly, swans fly in a “V” formation, taking turns to lead and reduce wind resistance for the group. This teamwork allows them to travel great distances efficiently.

In business, clustering and collaboration are essential. By working together, sharing resources, and supporting each other, we can achieve far more than we could individually. The church community should learn to work together, support each other, and strive for collective success.

The Story of the Chinese Bamboo Farmer: The story of the Chinese bamboo farmer is a powerful illustration of patience and long-term planning. The farmer planted bamboo seeds and diligently watered and cared for them for five years without seeing any visible growth. Despite the lack of immediate results, he persisted. In the fifth year, the bamboo suddenly grew to over 80 feet in just six weeks12. This story teaches us that success often requires consistent effort and faith in the process, even when results are not immediate.

The Eagle’s Rebirth Process: Eagles undergo a remarkable rebirth process that symbolizes change and transformation. Around the age of 40, an eagle’s beak, talons, and feathers become weak, making it difficult to hunt and survive. The eagle then retreats to a mountaintop and goes through a painful process of breaking off its beak, plucking out its talons, and shedding its feathers. Over the next five months, the eagle grows new beak, talons, and feathers, emerging renewed and ready to live for another 30 years34. This process teaches us about the importance of embracing change, enduring short-term pain for long-term gain, and continually renewing ourselves to achieve greater heights.

Planning and Education: For long-term success in agriculture and business, planning is crucial. We must also emphasize the importance of education, particularly in hard sciences like agriculture, engineering, and technology. Encouraging our children to pursue these fields will equip them with the skills needed to become employers and innovators, rather than employees.

Conclusion: By embracing faith, obedience, resourcefulness, and collaboration, we can empower ourselves to succeed in business. Let us draw strength from the story of Elijah and the widow, trusting that with God’s guidance, we can achieve great things. The church community should learn to work together, support each other, and strive for collective success.

From Fixed Mindset to Growth Mindset:

Unleashing Human Potential

Introduction

In the realm of personal development and achievement, our mindset plays a pivotal role. It shapes our beliefs, influences our actions, and ultimately determines our success. Two contrasting mindsets—fixed mindset and growth mindset—have profound implications for how we approach challenges, setbacks, and self-improvement. In this article, we’ll explore these mindsets, delve into the discovery of purpose, and consider the transformative process that leads us from weakness to strength.

Fixed Mindset vs. Growth Mindset

Fixed Mindset

A fixed mindset is characterized by the belief that our abilities, intelligence, and talents are static and unchangeable. People with a fixed mindset tend to avoid challenges, fear failure, and view setbacks as evidence of their inherent limitations. They may say things like, “I’m not good at this,” or “I’ll never be able to learn that.”

Growth Mindset

On the other hand, a growth mindset embraces the idea that abilities can be developed through effort, learning, and persistence. Those with a growth mindset see challenges as opportunities for growth, setbacks as stepping stones, and effort as the path to mastery. They believe in their capacity to improve over time and are open to learning from mistakes.

The Discovery of Human Weakness

Recognizing Our Limitations

The journey from weakness to purpose begins with acknowledging our vulnerabilities. We all have areas where we fall short, whether it’s a lack of knowledge, a skill gap, or emotional struggles. The fixed mindset might lead us to hide these weaknesses, fearing judgment or failure. However, the growth mindset invites us to confront them head-on.

Learning from Scholarly Experiences

Scholarly experiences—whether formal education, mentorship, or self-study—provide valuable insights into our weaknesses. As we engage with new ideas, grapple with complex concepts, and face academic challenges, we discover areas where we need improvement. These experiences serve as catalysts for growth, pushing us beyond our comfort zones.

The Transformative Process

1. Self-Reflection and Awareness

  • Recognize Your Mindset: Reflect on whether you tend to adopt a fixed or growth mindset. Be honest with yourself about how you perceive challenges and setbacks.
  • Identify Weaknesses: Acknowledge specific areas where you feel limited or inadequate. These are opportunities for growth.

2. Embrace a Growth Mindset

  • Shift Your Perspective: Understand that abilities can be developed. Embrace challenges as chances to learn and improve.
  • Learn from Failure: Instead of avoiding failure, see it as a stepping stone. Analyze what went wrong and adjust your approach.

3. Seek Purpose

  • Connect with Your Passions: Purpose often emerges from what we love and care about deeply. Explore your interests and values.
  • Serve Others: Purpose often lies in contributing to something greater than ourselves. How can you make a positive impact?

4. God’s Process

  • God’s Grace: Recognize that God’s grace allows us to rise after falling. Proverbs 24:16 reminds us that the righteous may fall seven times but will rise again.
  • Character Building: Our reactions to mistakes reveal our character. God is interested in our growth and transformation.

Conclusion

The journey from fixed mindset to growth mindset is a powerful one. As we embrace our weaknesses, seek purpose, and trust in God’s guidance, we unlock our true potential. Let us choose growth, resilience, and purpose, knowing that our journey is not about perfection but progress1234. ๐ŸŒฑ๐ŸŒŸ

God Is No Respecter of Persons:

Qualifying the Unlikely

God qualifies individuals for His mission regardless of their education level. I’ve included relevant Bible verses to support this message:

Introduction

In a world that often values credentials, titles, and degrees, it’s refreshing to know that God operates differently. His mission transcends human qualifications, and He chooses individuals based on their hearts, not their rรฉsumรฉs. Let’s explore this truth and discover how God equips those He calls.

1. God’s Call Knows No Boundaries

Acts 10:34-35 (ESV)

“So Peter opened his mouth and said: ‘Truly I understand that God shows no partiality, but in every nation anyone who fears him and does what is right is acceptable to him.’”

God’s call isn’t limited by nationality, education, or social status. He looks beyond our earthly labels and sees hearts hungry for Him.

2. The Unconventional Choices

Genesis 12:1-3 (ESV)

“Now the Lord said to Abram, ‘Go from your country and your kindred and your father’s house to the land that I will show you. And I will make of you a great nation, and I will bless you and make your name great, so that you will be a blessing.’”

Abram (later known as Abraham) wasn’t a scholar or a seasoned traveler. Yet God called him to leave everything familiar and embark on a journey of faith. His obedience led to blessings beyond imagination.

3. The Power of the Holy Spirit

Acts 1:8 (ESV)

“But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you, and you will be my witnesses in Jerusalem and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the end of the earth.”

Education alone doesn’t empower us for God’s mission. The Holy Spirit equips us, enabling us to impact our neighborhoods and the farthest corners of the world.

4. The Gospel for All Nations

Matthew 24:14 (ESV)

“And this gospel of the kingdom will be proclaimed throughout the whole world as a testimony to all nations, and then the end will come.”

God’s mission isn’t exclusive—it’s inclusive. He desires that every nation hears the good news. Our role is to carry that message faithfully.

5. Declare His Glory

Psalm 96:3 (ESV)

“Declare his glory among the nations, his marvelous works among all the peoples!”

Our education doesn’t limit God’s ability to use us. Instead, our willingness to declare His glory opens doors for His mission.

Conclusion

God’s mission isn’t hindered by our qualifications; it’s fueled by our surrender. Whether educated or uneducated, God qualifies those who say yes to His call. So, let’s embrace our unique roles in His grand mission and trust that He equips us abundantly.

 Elfas Mcloud Zadzagomo Shangwa’s story

Elfas Mcloud Zadzagomo Shangwa, widely known as Hunter, is the Executive President and Founder of Farmer’s Pride International (FPI), an organization dedicated to transforming food systems through sustainable and holistic approaches1. His journey in agriculture began with a small youth farming group within the New Hope Foundation Zimbabwe in 2000, which later evolved into an international NGO, the New Hope Foundation Global Network2.

In 2013, Shangwa developed the Rural and Urban Agriculture Innovative Production Program (RUAIPP) and a 9-year agriculture strategy focusing on rural and urban development. This strategy aims to empower youth and women economically, promoting agrifood production and contributing to the achievement of the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals2.

Shangwa’s vision for African agriculture is rooted in agroecology, sustainable agricultural development, and economic growth. He champions the RUAIPP, which involves youth and women in the agriculture value chain, offering training, capacity building, gender empowerment, technology integration, and skills in value chain development1.

Under his leadership, FPI has grown from a Zimbabwe-founded NGO to an organization with a presence in over 45 countries across seven continents. The organization focuses on high-value crops like potatoes, rice, wheat, sunflower, white sesame seeds, Moringa, etc., with an initial focus on potatoes1.

Shangwa’s commitment to African agriculture is evident in his efforts to connect Africa’s rural and urban farming communities to global markets and sustainable farming techniques. His work includes establishing robust market linkages and knowledge-based agriculture initiatives, such as field and on-farm skills schools that serve as platforms for knowledge exchange2.

Through Farmer’s Pride International, Shangwa continues to drive initiatives that bring sustainable solutions to global food shortages, promote agri-food production activities, and implement an African agribusiness model using an Agriculture Based Cluster model of Farming (ABCs). This model aims to produce significant yields with fewer resources, bringing substantial income to farming communities at harvest2.

Elfas Mcloud Zadzagomo Shangwa’s story is one of innovation, dedication, and a deep-seated desire to improve the livelihoods of farmers in Africa and beyond, making a lasting impact on the continent’s agricultural landscape.

“Rising Above: Attitude, Resilience, and Triumph”

In the vast theater of life, our attitude becomes the compass that guides us through storms and sunsets. It is the silent architect of our destiny, shaping our altitude—the heights we reach and the depths we transcend. As we navigate this journey, let us explore the profound wisdom encapsulated in the saying: “Your attitude determines your altitude.”

1. Attitude as the North Star

Our attitude is not merely a fleeting emotion; it is a steadfast companion. Like the North Star, it remains constant, even when clouds obscure our view. When faced with adversity, our attitude determines whether we crumble or rise. Picture a pilot navigating through turbulence—steady hands on the controls, eyes fixed on the horizon. Similarly, our attitude steers us through life’s tempests.

2. Sink or Swim: The Choice is Yours

Imagine standing at the edge of a vast ocean. The waves crash against the shore, challenging your resolve. In life’s ocean, we encounter setbacks, failures, and heartaches. It’s a sink-or-swim moment. But remember this: you are not a passive victim of circumstance. Your attitude shapes your response. Will you sink, weighed down by despair, or will you swim, fueled by determination?

3. The Enemy Within

Our enemies are not always external. Often, they reside within us—the doubts, fears, and self-imposed limitations. They whisper, “You’re not good enough,” “You’ll fail,” or “They’re out to get you.” But here’s the secret: our greatest adversary is our own negativity. When we recognize this, we can disarm it. Refuse to let self-sabotage win. Instead, put your inner critic on overdrive—fuel it with defiance and resilience.

4. The Backyard Battle

Enemies may lurk in our backyard—the naysayers, the underminers, the jealous hearts. They thrive on our failures, hoping to see us stumble. But let’s flip the script. While they’re busy scrutinizing our every move, let’s venture into their backyard. Not with vengeance, but with a spotlight. Illuminate their wickedness—their envy, their pettiness. Shine a light so bright that it blinds their negativity.

5. Triumph in Exposing Darkness

Our triumph lies not in revenge, but in exposing darkness. When we rise above pettiness, we become beacons of light. Our attitude becomes a force for good. Imagine a garden—some flowers bloom in sunlight, while others thrive in shade. Be the sunflower that turns toward the sun, unafraid of shadows. Your attitude can transform barren soil into fertile ground.

Dear readers, as we pen this article, let us remember: our attitude is our altitude. So, choose resilience over defeat, courage over fear, and illumination over darkness. As Elfas Shangwa (Hunter) tends to his potato fields, let us tend to our minds and hearts. For in the vast expanse of life, our attitude determines whether we soar like eagles or remain grounded.

May your attitude be the wind beneath your wings.

From Soil to Soul: The Journey of Elfas Zadzagomo

Introduction

In the heart of Zimbabwe, where the sun paints the land with golden hues and the whispers of acacia trees carry ancient wisdom, there stands a man named Elfas Zadzagomo. His story is etched into the red soil, a testament to resilience and transformation.

Act I: The Unexpected Birth

Elfas's arrival was not in a sterile hospital room, but amidst the wild embrace of the Acturus highway. His young mother, just fifteen years old, labored under the open sky, surrounded by tall grass and the distant hum of passing cars. The soil cradled him, and the stars bore witness to his first breath—a cosmic agreement that he was destined for more than the roadside.

Act II: The Struggles

Life unfolded like the tangled underbrush around him. Elfas faced scarcity, hunger, and uncertainty. But the same soil that welcomed him also whispered secrets: "Grow, adapt, endure." He watched his mother toil, her hands calloused yet tender. Elfas learned that resilience was not a choice; it was woven into his DNA—the legacy of generations who had danced with the land.

Act III: The Breakthrough

Elfas became an extension worker, walking the same highway where he was born. He taught farmers to nurture the soil, to coax life from its depths. His voice carried the echoes of his mother's lullabies, and he empowered women, recognizing their silent strength. Elfas's coaching sessions were more than agrifood advice; they were alchemical exchanges—turning struggle into possibility.

Act IV: The Thought Leader

Word spread beyond Zimbabwe's borders. Elfas stood on international stages, his accent a bridge between worlds. He spoke of regenerative practices, community empowerment, and the sacred bond between humans and the earth. Elfas became a thought leader, not because of fancy titles, but because he had walked barefoot on the highway and knew its pulse.

Act V: The Legacy

Today, Elfas Zadzagomo's legacy stretches across continents. His mentees carry forward his torch, lighting paths of innovation. His eyes, weathered by sun and tears, gaze at the horizon. Elfas knows he is more than a farmer; he is a living testament—a diamond forged from the raw material of adversity.

Conclusion: The Diamond Within

Elfas's journey mirrors that of Verdant, the ancient oak. From soil to soul, struggle to breakthrough, he transformed. Just as coal becomes a diamond, Elfas's spirit sparkles—a gem desired by all who seek purpose, resilience, and connection. So, fellow dreamer, remember Elfas's story. Let it remind you that within every struggle lies the potential for brilliance. ๐Ÿ’Ž

  1. “Politics started with God.”

    • This assertion suggests that the origins of politics can be traced back to divine influence or religious beliefs. While it’s true that early human societies often intertwined religious and political aspects, the exact origins of politics are multifaceted and complex.
    • Supporting Points:
      • Ancient Civilizations: In ancient times, rulers were often considered divine or had close connections to gods. For example:
        • Egypt: Pharaohs were believed to be gods on Earth.
        • Mesopotamia: Kings acted as intermediaries between gods and humans.
      • Religious Rituals and Governance: Religious ceremonies and rituals often played a role in governance, shaping laws, customs, and leadership.
  2. “Any leader who honors God shall be honored, anyone against Him shall be despised.”

    • This statement implies that leaders who align with religious principles will receive honor, while those who oppose God will face disdain. However, this perspective varies across cultures, historical periods, and individual beliefs.
    • Supporting Points:
      • Biblical Context: Some religious texts, such as the Bible, emphasize the importance of honoring God. For instance:
        • Proverbs 3:35: “The wise inherit honor, but fools get only shame.”
        • Psalm 75:7: “It is God who judges: He brings one down, he exalts another.”
      • Cultural Interpretations: Different cultures interpret divine favor differently. Some believe that virtuous leaders receive blessings, while others emphasize secular governance.
      • Secular Perspectives: Secular societies prioritize reason, ethics, and human welfare over religious alignment.

In summary, the relationship between politics and religion is intricate, and interpretations vary widely. While some leaders invoke divine authority, others prioritize secular governance. Ultimately, the impact of religious beliefs on political leadership remains a topic of ongoing debate and reflection. ๐ŸŒ๐Ÿ—ณ️๐Ÿ™

Upgrade Yourself While Educating Your Children.

Written by Elfas Mcloud Zadzagomo Shangwa (HUNTER)

As parents, we bear the profound responsibility of shaping the lives of our children. Beyond mere academics, our role extends to nurturing their character, values, and emotional well-being. Here are some essential principles to consider as you embark on this sacred journey:

  1. Love and Respect in Marriage:

    • Prayerful Foundation: Begin with prayer. Seek a spouse who genuinely loves you and shares your commitment to raising godly children. Pray for a marriage built on mutual respect, trust, and compassion.
    • Forgiveness: Understand that forgiveness is pivotal. If past mistakes have strained your relationship, seek reconciliation. Remember, some wounds may linger, but forgiveness is a choice that sets both partners free.
  2. Parent-Child Relationships:

    • Quality Time: Invest time in your children. Be present during their formative years. Engage in meaningful conversations, play, and shared experiences. Children thrive when they feel valued and heard.
    • Modeling Behavior: Children learn by observing. Be the hero they admire. Demonstrate kindness, integrity, and love. Your actions will shape their worldview and character.
  3. Provisions for Old Age:

    • Financial Planning: While love is essential, practical provisions matter too. Consider your old age. Start businesses or invest wisely to secure your future. A stable financial foundation ensures you can enjoy life’s later stages.
    • Emotional Support: Beyond finances, cultivate emotional bonds with your children. A loving relationship ensures that your old age is not spent in solitude. Their care and companionship become your greatest wealth.
  4. Biblical Wisdom on Parenting:

Remember, parenting is a spiritual endeavor. As you upgrade yourself, you also upgrade your children’s future. May God grant you wisdom, patience, and strength as you navigate this beautiful journey of parenthood. ๐Ÿ™
