For me, the holiday season was a delicate dance between work and family. I took a brief two-hour break to explore the beautiful city of Francistown with my children, marveling at the flooded rivers—a fitting inspiration for my work in agriculture, where water is life. Then, it was back to the home office, diving into tasks like reviewing over 20 pages of the Farmer's Pride International website, crafting strategic reviews, and developing a comprehensive poverty alleviation strategy.
Strategic Vision: Laying the Groundwork for 2025
Strategic planning dominated my time, with documents spanning over 40 pages each requiring attention. As I finalize these tools, I am proud of the progress made. These plans are more than just words on paper—they are the blueprint for a thriving 2025. On the eve of December 31st, I will present these plans to God as the instruments I intend to use to conquer the new year.
