Hunter's life story from 1997 to 2023 and beyond

Ambassador Elfas Mcloud Zadzagomo Shangwa, commonly known as H.U.N.T.E.R. or 猎 Lièrén in Chinese, is a distinguished figure with a diverse and impactful presence in the realms of business, agriculture, and humanitarian endeavours across Africa.

I have seen his commitment to social justice and empowerment through agriculture. Agriculture can indeed be a powerful tool for promoting economic development, food security, and social equality. By investing in agriculture, everyone can help create sustainable livelihoods for people, especially in rural communities, and contribute to poverty reduction and improved food access. Moreover, his focus on empowering children, young people, and women is crucial for creating a more equitable society. Education and access to resources are fundamental rights that can significantly impact individuals and communities. By integrating these social goals with agricultural work, from the years I have been his daughter, I have seen his potential to make a meaningful and lasting impact on the lives of many people. 

Today I'm sitting and writing his story for others like you, our children (My Children & my sister's children) to read and follow in their grandfather's footsteps, as for me I was born and bred by H.U.N.T.E.R I am already a Hunteress and I'm not following in his footsteps but I am trying to fit in his big shoes, years from now I shall have qualified.

With approximately 65% of the world's arable land and favourable climate conditions characterized by over 200 days of sunshine and conducive rainfall patterns, Africa possesses unparalleled potential to revolutionize global agriculture.

In pursuit of this vision, Hunter has developed the Rural and Urban Agriculture Innovative Production Program (RUIAPP) as a pioneering solution to harness Africa's agricultural potential. Hunter's Journey into the Development World

Hunter's journey into the development world began in 1997, marking the founding year of the New Hope Foundation Zimbabwe, which subsequently evolved into the influential New Hope Foundation Global Network. Throughout his dedicated career, Hunter has collaborated with numerous development organizations, placing a strong emphasis on promoting child rights and women's empowerment. His unwavering commitment to these causes has been exemplified through impactful initiatives aimed at fostering positive change and social justice.

One of Hunter's notable endeavours took place in 2007 when he organized a momentous global march against child labour, a physical demonstration covering a remarkable distance of 541 kilometres from Harare to the border town of Plumtree with Botswana. This groundbreaking march, which is now documented on Wikipedia, served as a powerful campaign against child labour activities in the agriculture and mining sectors in Zimbabwe. By shining a spotlight on the plight of children subjected to labour exploitation, the march aimed to raise awareness, mobilize support, and advocate for the eradication of child labour practices.

Hunter's pioneering efforts in organizing the global march against child labour received technical support from the esteemed Global March Against Child Labour organization, based in India. This collaboration underscored the international significance and resonance of Hunter's campaign, amplifying its impact and reach on a global scale.

The march stands as a testament to Hunter's unwavering dedication to safeguarding the rights and well-being of children, particularly those vulnerable to labour exploitation in agricultural and mining contexts. By leveraging his influence and network, Hunter demonstrated his capacity to mobilize collective action and effect meaningful change, leaving an indelible mark on the fight against child labour in Zimbabwe and beyond.

Hunter's steadfast advocacy for child rights and his tireless work in combatting child labour exemplify his profound commitment to social justice and human rights, positioning him as a compassionate and influential figure in the global development landscape. BACK TO A TIME BEFORE I WAS BORN

Before founding his later organizations, Hunter started with a community-based Non-Profit called New Hope Foundation Zimbabwe which later became New Hope Foundation Global Network in the year 2013, and then moved his Agriculture department from New Hope Foundation Global Network to become Farmer's Pride International, an international Agriculture investment company, he then again founded Hunter's Mining and Energy and lastly Hunter's Global Network Pty Ltd. which is now the mother body to all the above. I saw him operate a milling company and once worked in the catering industry running a small mobile kitchen. His experience in catering and milling provided him with valuable insights and skills that contributed to his success as an entrepreneur.

Working in the catering and milling industry gave Hunter a strong foundation in business operations, customer service, supply chain management, and even agricultural production processes. These experiences have played a pivotal role in shaping his understanding of the agricultural and food sectors, ultimately influencing the direction of his future ventures.

The transition from catering and milling to founding organizations focused on agriculture, mining, and energy suggests that Hunter's entrepreneurial journey has been marked by a willingness to explore new opportunities and industries, demonstrating his adaptability and business acumen.

Hunter's varied experiences have equipped him with a diverse skill set and a broad understanding of different sectors, which likely contributed to his ability to establish and lead successful organizations in Zimbabwe. A NOTE FROM HUNTER:

It's now 26 years from the time I started my journey today as the Executive President and Founder of Hunter's Global Network PTY LTD, Hunter's Energy and Mining International PTY LTD, Farmer's Pride International Investments, as well as the New Hope Foundation Global Network, I have earned much experience in life and have established a formidable legacy of leadership and enterprise. These organizations stand as a testament to my vision and commitment to effecting positive change on a global scale, embodying my unwavering dedication to humanitarian causes, entrepreneurship, and resource development.

As I continue to pursue my vision, I believe in partnerships with people from all walks of life, local and international organizations, government agencies, and international development initiatives that share similar goals with me. I further believe that Collaboration and knowledge sharing will amplify the positive effects of my efforts and help ensure that my work has a broader reach.

In addition, I will leverage technology and innovative agricultural practices to further enhance the efficiency and sustainability of my initiatives. This will include promoting sustainable farming techniques, implementing modern irrigation systems, and incorporating digital solutions for agricultural management and market access.

Overall, my dedication to using agriculture as a tool for social change will go far, and I hope my endeavours will one day lead to positive outcomes for the communities I am serving across the world.
